NIGERIA, AND HER YET UNREACHED DESTINATION

*NIGERIA, AND HER YET UNREACHED DESTINATION*

If after almost 60 years of Independence from Colonialism, Imperialistic dictatorship and civil slavery, we as a multi-nation in a Nation called Nigeria other wise known as the heroic giant and pride of the black man's race have not judiciously and pragmatically installed institutions for our nation's both Infrastructural and Human capital development, then it begs the question, did we as a nation ever had a vision to run with?

However, in all of my assessments and conclusion drawing, I have always arrived on the fact that we the vanguard of afro-race have always been the sole architect and administrator of our catastrophic democratical utmost betrayal. We have over decade's past chosen to destroy our most cherished democratic traditions by ourselves, through ourselves and for ourselves. We so much give credence to mediocrity and quite often promote politically induced incompetence while leaving behind walls of misanthropic abysmal, the epileptic seizures of Altruism.

Consequently, our political haemorrhage seems to have defied all democratic prescription cum cure and constitutional healings because of the degree of smallness and bastardised mediocrity of our politics and the gruesome still-birth of our developmental dynamics. We've left the philosophy of being the mistress of our destiny to ardently being a distress to our harmony. "A Nation can only reap what she sows" and since a sunset can only beget a sunshine and not a sunshade, It's pertinent to note that all what we've been seeing and going through is a direct reflection of our leadership activities in time past.

It's my view that we've never had it fully right in choosing, selecting and/ or electing our nation's chief democratic pilots, due to our individual self-aggrandisement and short-termistic benefits. We've given room over the time for the detects of our tribes, regions, religions and even our geography to influence our common good, developmental unity, national growth and our NIGERIANNESS.

His excellency, fmr. President Barack H.Obama is arguably a nobody to the origin of America's sojourn, yet that powerful nation of vast wealth had to entrust her destiny to Obama's discretion not minding his afro-origin. Here in Nigeria, we have men of great transformational and affiliating leadership styles and skills ever ready to selflessly launch us to the realm of far reaching democratic dividends but who's only heinous set of crimes keeping them from emerging Leader's of their Nation are their regional, geographical, and Ethno-religious differences.

How can somebody explain to me that a Nation that parade's cosmetically like Nigeria have not in any small measure fixed the overwhelming issues on Power, Economy, Education and Security (P.E.E.S), In what ways do we want to woo Investors into establishing in our nation. Since marathon is better ran at 20 than at 60, we would have actually fixed all of these earlier when we were just about "20"years of age than now that we are gradually approaching political menopause since we've shown that our democratic strength diminishes with age, unlike our progenitors

In conclusion, If Abraham could bear Isaac at age "100" Nigeria can also grow and develop even after her Centenary. All what we need is to make the right choice for Leadership while filing our Interest.

Nigeria as a democratic system has failed not just because our Leaders have failed, but they have failed through series of repetition. Let's collectively erase this "dysfonctionnement" by installing Leaders with laudable antecedents, development prospects and transformational Ideas.

This new revolution which seems to be the trajectory to an Inclusive Nigeria and which every sane Nigerian must key to would actually pose to be too slow with evidently inconspicuous results, but if we persistently persevere, Nigeria would some day have to rewrite her name among comity of World power's.
It's our set time, so Let's spread out and reach out to healing our society, let's preach togetherness and let's flee from the destruction of our Nigerianness. "In leading we stand but in Looting we are divided"
